Our friendly patient advocacy team is equally as committed to your rehabilitation process as our therapists. It can be tricky negotiating the complex systems of insurance and workers' compensation. Our front office staff has the experience and expertise to help you do just that. From scheduling to authorization they are here to guide and assist you so that you can focus on your most important role... healing and getting back to performance and play!


Lori Barclay, Office Manager

Lori received her BA in Accounting and her Art degree in Graphic Design.  Many of Lori’s amazing paintings can be seen throughout the office.  Lori joined the PhysioArts family in 2004, and she has an in-depth understanding of the New York Workers Compensations system as well as many of the commercial insurance plans.  Lori is always happy to help patients navigate through the required process of their insurance plan in order to help make their overall healing experience run a smoothly as possible.


Stephanie

Stephanie Crique, Front Desk Coordinator

Stephanie Crique joined us in 2011, bringing 6 years of medical administrative experience to our clinic.  Stephanie is also a belly dancer and teacher for Amira Mor Entertainment and can be seen in the Sex in the City 2 movie.  She performs for special events and charity fundraisers. 


Kelsey

Kelsey Griffith, Front Desk Coordinator

Kelsey Griffith came to PhysioArts in 2011 after achieving her BA in Dance from Muhlenberg College. Kelsey has taught dance, performed and choreographed for various productions, and has experience working in arts administration.  She is currently working toward her MS in Exercise and Sport Psychology. 


Aggie Schmank

Aggie Schmank, PT Aide

Aggie joined PhysioArts in 2012 as a physical therapy aide.  She graduated from Butler University with a BFA in Dance Performance in 2011.  She is currently pursuing a career in dance while taking initial steps toward schooling in physical therapy.
