I have a very diverse family that I have come to appreciate over the past few years. In fact, I'd go as far to say that my family is like one of those on a commercial or TV show because of it's diversity. Most of my family members from my mom's side are Jewish New Yorkers. My dad's side grew up Catholic from a small town in New Hampshire. I have first cousins living in France, an uncle in Atlanta, about a dozen African American first cousins, and a Korean cousin now.
Here is my sister, my mom, my dad, and me (from right to left) on the Green Monster at Fenway Park. We like to go to Fenway a lot as a family during the summer to watch the games. Although it seems that whenever the four of us go to a game together, the Red Sox always lose.
Here are my two dogs after one of our large winter storms a few years ago. On the left is Norman who is five years old and on the right is Murphy who is eight. They are both Golden Doodles; half Golden Retriever and half Poodle, from the same breeder. Although they look cute, they're truly vicious. Well, except for the 20 hours of the day that they just sleep.
