One of our first projects in Intro to Web Design was the Magazine Cover Project. In this project we were supposed to take a magazine cover and then make a parody of it. I kept the same idea of the magazine cover but then changed the titles. For this project we had to use our knowledge of design principles to re-create our own version of the magazine cover. At first I really stuggled with this project but towards the end I started learning a lot more about Photoshop.

As you can see it's not a perfect replica but you can see the similarities between all of the titles. To do this I made the background a shade of blue that faded off near the edges. Then I used Google Fonts to find similar fonts to the ones on the original cover so I could use them on my own project. I was planning on swapping out my face with the one on the cover but I ran out of time towards the end of the project.
