For the first part of this class, we learned how to use photoshop to edit and create photos and pictures. Our biggest project was the magazine project. For this, we had to find a magazine and recreate it with different content in photoshop. I chose this magazine and put in information about the current NHL. The hardest part of the project was getting the fonts to match. After making everything look very similar, I had a much deeper understanding of how to use photoshop.

After photoshop, we moved into other types of design like photography and css. The first website we made featured photos we took using rules of photography. As we created the website we learned important rules of the web, one of the most important being color combinations. The colors in a website can change the meaning and certain colors change how people feel. Along with this, we learned about alignment and which fonts to use and which not to use.
